Shipping policy

At Kooratin we ship using Australia Post. Standard free shipping within Australia is quoted by Australia Post to take 4 to 6 business days delivery, however under special circumstances this can take longer.

All packages will have tracking, and will be packaged securely to prevent damage. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us via kooratin.store@gmail.com

We also offer an express post service via Australia Post, which is quoted to take between 24 and 48 hours for delivery during business days.
